SUGGESTED FOR PRESCHOOLERS

Young artists will take pride in their creations working with a different medium each week!  Motivated by stories and puppets, children are introduced into the art materials, techniques and creativity.  Plus they'll say, "WOW, I did it myself"...Great for developing self esteem, through this exposure to art media.

SUGGESTED FOR GRADES 1-3

If your child can't get enough art, here's the class to try for a variety of art experiences; painting, collage, sculpture, crafts, and LOTS of imagination!

Transform lines into shapes that will become all the things you imagine.  Add colorful multimedia to complete your art.  Using watercolors, oil pastels, construction paper, chalks, and more.

Fun craft projects, emphasizing the use of natural materials.  Develop a sense of art and appreciation for the environment.

Be inspired and encouraged to fulfill your drawing quest.  The class will allow you to become the artist you want to be.

SUGGESTED FOR GRADES 2 - 5

Get smart with art!  Each week learn about a famous artist, their life and art style, and then create your own unique masterpiece inspired by the artist's theory!  The perfect combination of culture and creativity.

Learn new ways to express yourself through line, shading, texture, and form.  Learn how to draw and illustrate while completing are you'll be proud of.

Cartooning made easy!  This fun series of hands-on classes will show you how to quickly capture friends and family!  Learn all the tricks to draw funny, whimsical faces and bodies, make comic strips, comic books, and caricatures.  Amaze your friends!

KIDS LOVE CLAY!!!  Fun, amazing things can be made with non-fired clay...and best of all, most of them can be taken home the very same day!  There is an excitement that youngsters get when it comes to this very cool medium...come and explore the world of non-fired clay!!!

Learn to draw people, animals, and things you love, while improving the fundamentals of drawing!

Experience expressionism, realism, cubism painting, and more, while learning the art of color mixing and composition!

SUGGESTED FOR GRADES 4 & UP

If you love colors, this class is for you.  We will learn color mixing and proper brush use.  Make paint look like fur and objects jump off the page!  Take home final projects you'll be proud of.  Please bring an art sample on the 1st day of class.

Learn from a pro how to draw dynamic fashion figures.  Then dream up the clothes you love, and using magic markers, colored pencils, fabric trimmings, feathers, glitter and jewels, create stunning original designs that rival those seen on the runways of Paris!  Returning students are welcome and will move directly to more advanced projects.  Come join this "Super Saturay" class and express the designer in you!  Dare to dream...Paris is waiting!

Get ready for some fire-breathing fun!  Behold the dragons; ferocious and friendly, bat-winged, multi-headed, and serpentine - since ancient time people from all over the world have told legendary tales of these mythical, awe-inspiring creatures.  Learn all about these fantastic monstors, their realms and their campaigns; using model magic, paper mosaic, foil, glitter, jewels and more, create your very own colorful beasts!
